SHIPPING POLICY

Limited Time Offer : FREE SHIPPING on orders shipping to any destination within the continental United States on in-stock items!*

In-stock items are dispatched within 1-5 business days from the date of placing the order.* Standard Ground Shipping is offered without any extra charge on all orders to destinations within the US. We will keep you informed on the shipping status with a Tracking Code and ensure that you receive your order in 5-15 business days from the date of dispatch.

*Processing times are different for online orders of Slab Countertops. Please get in touch with us at [email protected] for further assistance with ordering and shipping slabs to any destination in US including Hawaii and Alaska.

CUSTOM ORDERS AND LEAD TIMES

The lead times for delivery on all backordered items and custom orders is estimated 16 – 18 weeks for delivery from the date of placing your order.  Please note timelines are tentative due to current logistical delays. We will keep you updated in real time throughout the delivery process and do our best to ensure a timely delivery.

RETURN POLICY

We accept returns on items purchased on our online shop within 3 days of receipt of item. A return request can be generated with the service provider. Kindly note a return shipping fees at 12% of the purchase price and a restocking fees may be applied on selected items.*

Returns are offered on purchases of in-stock items only.

*This return policy does not apply on items purchased on sale, custom orders and purchases of countertops slabs. All sales are final in the above cases.

We want you to have the best experience with us and enjoy the items you shop with us.

If item is damaged upon arrival, please inspect item upon delivery. If damage is noted, accept delivery and sign off with the carrier “damaged upon arrival”, and take photographs of the said receipt along with the product in vicinity. 

If an item is structurally damaged and completely unusable, take photos & contact us. Exchange/replacement or store credit would be provided after reviewing the state of damage of the product. Do not refuse undamaged items, you are responsible for all redelivery costs, including but not limited to storage fees.

Photographs must be clear and attached to your claim within (3) calendar days
