For a limited time, Free Shipping is offered on all in-stock items shipping to destinations within the continental United States, including slabs.*
*Important Shipping Information for Slabs: Slabs ship only to fabricators or commercial dock spaces (no residential delivery). Free US shipping is included in slab pricing for approved non-residential addresses only. Our team will contact you by phone/email to coordinate delivery. In-stock products are typically processed and dispatched within 1–5 business days from the date the order is placed. Orders are shipped via Standard Ground Shipping at no additional cost, and are typically delivered within 5–15 business days from the date of dispatch. Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once the order has shipped.
Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories may incur additional shipping charges and extended delivery timelines.
CUSTOM ORDERS AND LEAD TIMES
Custom Orders & Lead Times
All custom orders are subject to an estimated production and delivery lead time of 16 to 18 weeks from the date the order is confirmed and payment is received. This timeframe is an estimate only and may vary depending on the scope, scale, and complexity of the project.
Tarini Stoneworks will make commercially reasonable efforts to meet the estimated timeline and will provide timely updates regarding the progress of the order. However, Tarini Stoneworks shall not be held liable for any delays beyond its control, including but not limited to delays in sourcing, production, international transit, customs clearance, or force majeure events.

RETURN POLICY
We accept returns on in-stock items purchased through our online shop within 3 calendar days of receipt.
To initiate a return, a request must be submitted through the designated shipping provider. Please note:
A restocking fee may apply on selected items.
A return shipping fee of 12% of the purchase price will be deducted from the refund.
Exclusions:
Returns are not accepted on the following:
- Custom orders
- Countertop slabs
- Sale or discounted items
All sales are final for the above categories.
Damaged Items
We are committed to ensuring a safe delivery experience. Please inspect all packages upon arrival.
- If damage is observed, accept the delivery but sign the receipt “damaged upon arrival.”
- Take clear photographs of:
- The signed delivery receipt
- The damaged item in its packaging
- Notify us within 3 calendar days by emailing support@tarinistoneworks.com.
If the item is structurally damaged and unusable, we will review your claim and may offer:
- A replacement
- An exchange
- Store credit
Do not refuse delivery of undamaged items. Customers are responsible for any redelivery charges, including but not limited to storage and handling fees.
